Yes I did grow up with those two though Fash was sold pretty quickly. He seemed reluctant to go, though, which endeared him to me. Unlike Kevin Reeves, who was a great wee player but like Grease O'Neill couldn't leave fast enough.

Peters was utterly amazing. Can you imagine it now? If England ever won the World Cup again, one of the team putting in years of hard graft for a lowly ad unfashionable team? Not a chance.
