RE 1, while i get your point, can you not see the problems for a club like us?

When we need a new manager it's invaraibly one out of work.
If a manager is out of work it generally means he's been sacked from somewhere, doesn't this make them poor?
Those that are not (for a currrent example lets use Big Sam or Pardew) would be unlikely to take a job at norwich at this stage in their career.
To avoid those poor managers out other option is those with less experience. Either they are managing down the leagues, or looking for their first job, they may have been coaching before (a la Grant who is already back in work) or just finished in the game.
This can go either way, Southgates not doing too badly, Keane started well but is under pressure now.

Its such a hard position to fill, and being a club of our size only limits those options.
Unless we take a risk a promote from within like Worthy, Like Walker, Also like Deehan and Megson to an extent we are left to pick around the jobbing managers who probably have as many failures on their CV as sucess.
