...who will restore confidence to a very, very nervous and unconfident team.

A second requirement is doing well on very limited resources.

He'd be an unpopular choice, but Ian Holloway ticks all those boxes. Aidy Boothroyd wouldn't be a bad shout either. Alan Curbishley would probably be the majority favourite, although not sure he'd come.

My choice would be Southend's Steve Tilson. Has publically said he wants to manage Norwich, good on a budget, eye for a player and plays football the right way.
