DrD's Kings Arms beer festival report..............

Firstly liked the shed. Only ever seen it closed whilst nipping out for a ciggy. Tried many but especially enjoyed;

Hydes Mumbo Jumbo - proper by the fireside whist it's snowing outside beverage, medium bodied with a gentle sparkle.

Winters from the Ashes - Came 2nd overall from the Norwich beer festival and the Class winner.

Greenjack Ripper - Had to give it a go as it's 8.5%, shattering, a traditional Best Bitter.

Finished the night with a pint of Star, just to wake me up.

Highlight of the night was an Asian Couple who left the back door open, not once but twice, promoting a proper old real ale drinker, to say in a barely understandable Norfolk Accent 'Was ya borne in a barn'?? To which, said bloke in couple responded politely, 'No, Delhi'.

Well worth a visit.
