For me, when a team is that pathetic in a must win game you've got problems.
If, as a manager, you can't get the team together and fighting for that sort of game you are in trouble.

That performance should have been the end of worthy, new manager with 2 years of parachute could well have had better success (as long as it wasn't grant!).

Old ground though, its fugging depressing.
