Roeder and the board

We can't afford to sack Roeder or replace any players so him going is probably only going to make things worse. Also, he has only just arrived so we can hardly expect him to work miracles after narrowly avoiding a relegation that looked very likely when he arrived. Whether we like him or not, we can't sack him and I think he needs more time anyway.

Some people want the board to go, but what good will that do if there is noone to replace them. Again, it will probably only make things worse. I am certainly no big fan of the board and I think their handling of the Worthington sacking was criminal, but without them, instead of limited (?12 million!!!) financial backing, we have NO financial backing. The only way 'the board must go' is going to work is if Peter Cullum suddenly turns up after they go, but there's certainly no guarantee of that. Failing that, where are all these 'investors' going to come from?
