To pick up on the sacking manager year on year

it's not really true. Worthy was here for a long time, and you were one of the main ones calling for him to go. In came Grant, totally inexperienced and out of his depth, and he HAD to go because we only had 8 points or whatever it was. He was the wrong man, simple as that.

Now we have Roeder, with a track record of failure after initial success. It appears he's following that record. If he carries on and ultimately goes towards Christmas, it means just two fairly likely failures in two years will have been sacked after years of relative stability. It's hardly like we've been sacking manager after manager for years.

Two bad appointments doesn't mean it's impossible for someone to succeed.
