OK, done in a hurry, and driven from an irrational NCFC loving heart but...

Sell the "naming rights" to the ground and/or training complex?

Or incorporate a sponsor into the clubs name? (is it allowed, its happening in other sports)- Norwich Aviva FC?

OK, its signing your soul away but worth a bit, surely?

The Aviva Stadium-hell, might be worth a few quid, but we'd all still call it Carrow Road anyway!

What about additional kit sponsorship, some clubs have other sponsors on the back of the shirts, the shorts? Or do Aviva insist on "sole" exposure there?

Talking about Aviva- 'kin HUGE company, do they have any ideas? Something else that might be of mutual benefit?

Players-suck it and see, have some open days at Colney/Carrow Road for young players without a club-might have been released-or anyone who thinks they can give it a go, its scraping the barrel, recruitment wise, but surely worth a go, if 500 turn out and 10% are worth a closer look, even if only 1 or 2 of them are worth a short term contract-what is there to lose?

Have similar "open days" in Ireland, Scandinavia, Iceland, Holland-wherever.

Be a bit ambitious, enquire about links and exchanges with similar clubs in Europe, do we have something like Man Utd's tie in with Antwerp?

Because of my illness, haven't been to a home game for a while-SO-what is the matchday "lottery" like at the moment, could it be expanded-a monthly "superdraw", bigger price, tickets ?1 each, could something like that work or is it still 50p a ticket, ?10 prize sort of thing?

There does seem a myriad of ways for the club to "get out there" and seem a bit more pro-active, they have a good brand, why aren't we knocking on doors and selling it to death-to businesses, individuals, potential players, anyone and everyone, its all a bit vague and spurious and, when the joint chief shareholder shrugs his shoulders and says "you tell us", oh dear God, no leadership. no drive, no direction, thats worrying!

Make the product more attractive and more visible and investment might follow but, if we are not pro-active and aggressive/thoughtful in our marketing and promotion, as far as the club is concerned, then people aren't going to take notice. Everyone hated MK Dons but they have made themselves a name and are attracting football people like Di Matteo and skilled people within the industry like Cullen. They are visible, we are not and as long as we hide behind the curtains, no-one is going to come calling
