The blubbing on here about how it's gone wrong etc, for f**k sake he's only been here a year. Do you want to end up like Newcastle? Chopping and changing all the time in search of instant success? In the current footballing climate, instant success is extremely hard to come by unless you have the money to bring in top people. We will never be in that position. It's one of the facts of supporting a second tier team. He needs time to build a side, we will probably be in this situation for another few years, just accept it and support the team. Society today wants everything straight away, people need to be a little more patient.
