I can see where you're coming from Tombs but it

really would be a disaster to go down. I think the major problem is a string of poor managers and I have to say that although I wanted Worthy out I'd rather have him and his ethos than either Grant or Roeder. Grant seemed like a man out of control (and I'm sure there's a link between Grant being employed by Mowbray and WBA's current form!) and Roeder comes across as arrogant and pious which I suspect drives a wedge between him and the players. I don't know what the answer is but there does come a time when the manager must be pushed out. Trouble is our Board seem to react far too late and they can't afford to with Roeder.
