Pissed off with the IS department at work

The f**kers have taken away all of my administrator privlidges on my company laptop so I can't do any thing on it. I can't even use itunes. I've looked into cracking the administrator password but looks like I can only change it, then they'll know something up.

Does anyone know how I could find out what the administrators password is so I can just log on as him when I'm at home and carry on using my laptop. I have an instalation of backtrack linux on a usb stick i could use if I knew what i was doing.
