Why is the FA So Against Salary Caps?

Would restore competitive balance to the game and make football interesting again. I'm not from your country but in
my opinion you have ruined the world's best league by allowing a system of haves and have nots. If the big four want to leave and create their own playground let them. Sport is not sport unless there is an element of competition. The Premier League is more exhibition than competition.
