Whilst I don't like the acamedy system for all the crap it causes

From a Geographical point of view, I do feel slightly sorry for our academy.

However, Ipswich's catchment area is more or less the same as ours and they continue to develop players, some of whom are good enough for the Championship. How come Ipswich can get the talent and we can't?

The only thing we can produce is goalkeepers.
