I think the attitude thing...

were so desperate to have some talent to flog on that we sign up kids on long term contracts on too much money without any real chance of being near the first team...Spillane looks a decent future centre half to me, a decent manager should be able to address attitude issues. Its the lack of quality that comes from the academy that is the real concern
