It's funny how your feelings about non-City teams can change according to who's playing
for them
I used to dislike Arsenal because I couldn't stand Thierry Henry - whinging, cheating, diving, arrogant tosser. And French as well.
Now I find I rather like them, partly because they're not Man U or Chelsea, but mostly because the team is so young and enthusiastic.
I quite liked Chelski while they were managed by Mourinho, because of his flair and self-confidence and his ability to get up Sir Alex Redface's nose. Now they're just another team, though they desperately need a world class striker - Kalou and Maoluda??
I watched Chelsea v Liverpool yesterday because their games have always been so entertaining; that one wasn't. But my goodness it reminded you of how good the top teams are. The sheer accuracy and speed of their passing was utterly incredible to someone used to watching Championship footie. The ambition of those players about how best to use the ball is incredible.
