yep i agree.........

actually even dealing with the ticket office over the phone can sometimes be a nausiating experience - but service int he ground is on the whole, dreadfully slow..... sure it could be improved by some basic training, which wouldnt cost a lot.....dunt think they realise that faster service = higher profits!
