Haha, I saw one of my fav bands ever last week

(camera obscura), the gig itself wasn't that good, but I loved it all the same. Was more an occasion thing really, seeing the people live that I've listened to and over played songs to for years

Anyone going to see Coogan ten years on, seriously can't be expecting it to be exactly the same. It'll largely be a anniversary thing for the audience to see something they cherish at the time

Most events like that, like bands reforming, are never like when first saw them, but you appreciate that it can't be at the same time

Would be lunacy to go and see The Who now and go "that was no where near as good as live at leeds"
