I agree with 99% of that but.......

Roeder is starting to make himself look a bit silly by completley changing the line up before every fixture (I know he has injuries but most of his changes are unforced).

The key to a sucessfull side is consistency within the line up.

Interesting to note that Ramos has NEVER named the same team twice and Benitez is having his best start to a pre season my cutting down the rotation.
