Disagree - Iwan being a primary example...

he didn't hit his peak till his early 30's, i think McKenzie has improved hugely since he has been here, his 1st touch is getting better, his off the ball movment has got better....as for Colin, he hasn't really had that many games in his career, so how can he not imrpove by playing games...even Dean0 reckons he can improve, and he has got everything apart from outstanding pace
