I don't think he's s**t, surprised me some do.

CLearly a good manager, did a good job, made some errors, lost his way, needed a change.

No real sensation in that, a fairly common summary of a lot of managers.

As Ken Brown said on the scrimmage, managers either retire or get sacked, how many retire?
