Remember being told that we couldn't buy a striker in the Jan Prem window unless we "borrowed" from our parachute payments ... remember being told in our first season down that we'd already spent the parachute payments on Dean Ashton ... remember being told in the first summer after relegation that the reason we'd replaced all our departing stars with no-names like Hughes, Thorne, MLJ and Jarrett was that we had no money ... remember a long lecture from Doomcaster about how we were no better off after selling Deano, in fact it had practically COST us money to sell him ... remember being told that Bobinson and Jurgen Colin were all we could afford ... remember being told that we had to sell Greeno and Leon in order to survive ...

I don't remember ever, EVER being told anything other than that the manager had twenty pee and a packet of Spangles to play with
