I went through some research on this about 4 years ago

but ended up with a job in Denmark, so never got further than speaking to a couple of companies that specialise in this sort of thing in IT - the new rules were just coming in and noone really knew how it was going to pan out - the situation will be a lot clearer now.

Hold on - I'll see if I've still got some details ...
