you can set up a limited company, only 95 quid or whatever and some people prefer to..but basically I did freelance work before just on a self-employed basis. The only really critical thing to do is to register as self-employed and make, I think it's class 2 NI contributions - about ?2 per week or something..then prostitute yourself out..
