Well, it depends doesn't it?

We don't really know an awful lot about him or - more importantly - what his plans may or may not be for the club. Caution is always advisable in such cases don't you think?

That said, the board should definitely be speaking to someone with his wealth and who has indicated that he wants to invest. And I'd like to know the reasons why his proposed investment has thus far been rejected.
