It's more to do with expectations I think.

The expectation from the supporters is that he will bring a bottomless purse of transfer funds which we can dip into whenever we feel we need to replace the current underperforming staff to take us to the Prem as soon as possible. And he'll be fine with that because he is a Norwich city supporter blah blah blah.

The reality is, being a successfull businessman means that he may not posess such generous characteristics.
