True - he seems an honourable, old-fashioned bloke

who wont use emotional blackmail (like Cullum...) to get what he wants.

On the other hand though, i have always thought he is a bit of a bastard (but he's OUR bastard) and won't stand for any s**t.

I doubt any manager is happy with what he has to spend. But I guess the real question is, does he think what he has to spend is fair?
