Delia and Michael refused to sit down with Cullum so he could put forward a suitable deal. You don't cold shoulder a billionaire who wants to invest in Norwich City. If the deal isn't to Delia's liking then sit down with Cullum and thrash something out that is. He's a business man and with 1.7 billion i'm sure he is flexible. Delia said it her self "Norwich fans would never forgive me if I turned down 20 million". Yep, spot on Delia!
