Surely the issue is the music not the race?
Could quite easily be an english or some other cuacasion (sp?) family move in with that number of kids playing loud rock and raggae all day.
Plus i'd rather have that than be woken up by the chavs at 3:00 sat night/sun morning when the fella is standing on the porch roof, banging on the bedroom window screaming:
"you better not have some other c**t in there, if you have he better have a weapon cause he's gonna get it"
Bet their kids loved being woken up by daddy* doing that.
*Daddy in the biological sense only applies to 1 of the 4 I think.
