Same old unimaginative, technically deficient, tactically unaware, brainless performance

our players are generally technically & tactically inferior to most mid or top class international sides.

The fact we scraped a draw papers over the cracks slightly. Both our goals came from corners, can't really remember us creating a clear chance from open play (although I wasn't really concentrating tbh)

Our youth coaching is the start of the problem which is compounded through the age groups by the structure and mentality of our game.

Makes for an exciting spectacle in the Prem but if you can't keep hold of a football and keep giving it away at international level you will be punished.

When given possession we just pass along the back line before launching a hopeful long ball to "big" Jermaine and Wayne.

When the Czech's had the ball at the back their midfielders were dropping in between our two lines of four to pick up the ball and make incisive passes that created attacks.

The comments by McManaman, Venables and Redknapp on Setanta after the game were spot on and refreshing compared to the normal bland dross on the BBC.

So in answer to your question, Yes!
