I think we get the crowds we do because our marketing is good, and the pricing sensible
But, as has been pointed out by Creo, a lot of the money has been lost through incompetent decision making. If we have less money than others, we clearly have to think smarter - and footballing expertise on the board would be merely a first step in this regard.
But we don't think smart, don't give ourselves the best chance, and make excuses about how 'unfair' it all is before we even start. Memo to the board: what's Abramovich and the Thatcherisation of the EPL got to do with us finishing 17th a level below? Try telling London entrepreneurs buying up property in Norwich in their legion that it isn't a desirable place to live. And are we really tough and shrewd when negotiating and planning transfer deals?
