remember that game where charlton came on (for hucks?) and played midfield? Everyone listening to the commentary was complaining about it, but when the folks got back from the game they said he was outstanding in midfield. It's the same with the inter match - he was really impressive (he attacked and defended better than JJ). So why the hell shouldn't nige pick him?

Its the same with Doc/Shacks. If Doherty is picked tomorrow it will be because NW feels he is more on top of his game at the moment than shacks.

The trouble is, NW doesnt just pick a team using soccerbase, champ manager and squad numbers. He watches the players in training four days every week and he picks the ones who are in form and who will perform on the day. So if anyone has a go at NW for his team seection tomorrow, i will swear at them until they shut up.
