Tevez - Third party ownership
I have been confused by the Tevez thing for some time. West Ham got fined for breaking the rules and having a player who was in fact owned by a third party (Media Sports International) but Man Utd have had him on loan for a season and are now going to buy him from Media Sports International.
How is this different? Aside from the obvious that Man Utd are bigger and more powerful. Surely the same rules apply to them?
