How has he made his money? By leaning on small companies in trouble and buying them up on the cheap. I suspect he's tried that here and been surprised. By not gobbing off in the press about how Cullum's offer was unacceptable, the board have not pissed him off and not prevented him coming back when he *is* prepared to get his wallet out.
