If PC agreed to that, his ?20m would get him control of the club in theory given that Delia has stated she doesn't want her money back - just somebody to invest in the club.

?16m would go to paying off the debts, leaving us debt-free and with ?4m to spend on the squad (plus whatever else PC decided to invest in the future).

The club need to come out and explain why PC wasn't a suitable investor, else the atmosphere at Carrow Road won't be pleasant unless we embark on a spectacular start to the season.
