You did the other day, but it was basically pure speculation about the worth of the ground & Colney against which you have to offset the debts, negative cash flow and the fast depreciating playing assets.

To be honest, though, I'd like to know exactly what the deal on the table was before criticising the board or Cullum. I'd hope, though, that the board didn't stick to their valuation from last week.
