yes anything can happen, but at the moment we have a solitary misfiring striker, disliked by the manager and with age catching up with him and the same central defensive combination that has shipped goals for fun year in year out.

As you say who knows, but this club has been on the slide for years, and the unbeaton run apart was still on the slide at the end of last season. The form prior to and following the unbeaton run was that of a relegation side.
