you're absolutely right I think

certainly because they are "the written press" in the city, they can't go after any targets that they might need in the future. This is particularly true in the case of the club because much of their readership only buys what they sell on the strength of their coverage of all things Norwich.

Forget archant askjing the real questions, but ffs, but theu could've done some better research about M&A practice and got the opinion of a few financial analysts (I write about finance myself).

I shan't be applying for a job at Archant in the near future, as I live 6,000 miles away and just accepted a job in Buenos Aires.
However, I'd like nothing better than to write about football all day so let's not rule anything out eh
