I did actually post this before

the AGM was 18th October. From the Cullum interview in the EDP it appears that he contacted Doncaster on or after 4th November. Of course his dinner with Clarke was sometime before that so the actual sequence of events is unclear. And the rumours concerning Cullum seem to have started on 1st October.
