AGM Question (Probably WW2)

Probably WW2 but I can't really be arsed to trawl through all the takeover posts.

Can any of you clever sods tell me when the last AGM was?

Pretty sure it was last October/November time and if I recall correctly, didn't Delia say they were no investors willing to put money in?

Now if what Cullum has said is true about putting in an offer in October (and I can't see any reason to doubt it), did Delia get up and lie to the shareholders at the AGM?
