What do we know about Cullum? Nothing, and I don't like doing business with people I know nothing about.

If some of these questions were answered I might be able to judge him 'better' -
Is he an existing shareholder? If not, why not?
Does he intend taking the club private?
Will he be paying himself a salary / taking fees for services rendered by himself / Towergate?
