from what we have read we believe that

Cullum wants control - for 5 mill now and 15 mill later.
Cullum & Delia do not seem to be able to work as co-owners.
Anything else is conjecture.

What I find hilarious is that Cullum's aptitude as a businessman is what is attracting many fans.
Meanwhile Delia, our slightly loopy fond-of-a-tipple owner, is told she should sign away all that she has invested into the club for not a single brass farthing.

So Cullum "The City fan since the 1950s" is not expected to offer something for nothing while Delia (married a City fan and has worked unpaid for City for 10 years now) is expected to give it all away.
