Without wishing to make it all about ME ME ME

I own quite a few shares in the club (not sure exactly how many but I seem to recall spending about 2 grand over two separate share issues). When I bought the shares I did it exclusively to assist the club financially, when it was in dire straights. That said, I am not sure I would want my shares to become worthless, even if it meant we had a 20m kitty for players this season.

I know that PC is not advocating taking a majority position, and then changing the share structure (yet), but I think any deal will need to take into account the people who have helped the club out, during a time of most need.

All that said, if he guaranteed to look after Delia, and maybe have more player funds available, beyond the 20m, then I might just walk away from my investment, if that was required to close the deal.

Tough call, if it comes to that scenario.
