based on Glenn's 2-per-position ideal scenario:

GK = Marshall / Gilks + kid (Rudd)
RB = Semi / Spillane
CB = Shacks / Doc? / +2
LB = Drury / +1
RM = Croft / Chadw
CM = Fozzy / Russell / Pattison / Clingan + kids (Smith & Lathrope)
LM = Lappin? / Eagle / +1
STR = Cureton / Martin / +2 / + kids (Renton & Daley)

Let's say that Wes is pending and Bertrand is pencilled in for the left side. That still leaves at least 2 centre-backs and 2 strikers yet to arrive.

There's plenty of excitement yet to come then.
