and now when they drink, they can't enjoy themselves anymore

Not the pubs fault, if it was their choice and the choice of the locals, they'd over ride the new law

Of course, the new is in place, people abide by it and businesses fail

It came in July last year didn't it? In that time the two pubs I went to for 13 years have closed down

Of course that's a coincedence and proves they were rubbish pubs?
