Netherlands are beating Romania 2-0 but there are still 5 or 6 minutes left including injury time.
France and Italy have just finish their 90 minutes in a 0-0 draw.
By the rules of the competition, France and Italy will have to wait until the end of the other game to discover whether or not they have to play a penalty shootout!
If Holland wins 3-0, Italy go through on co-efficient from the World Cup and Euro 2008 qualifiers (2.36 pts per game as opposed to Romania on 2.25 and France on 2.09). If Holland wins 2-0, Romania go through on goal difference. If Holland wins 4-0, Romania are out and Italy and France go to penalties.
