This is the thing...
They decided to 'bounce' 3 of my direct debits. All it takes to do that is someone to get in touch with the company concerned and request the money back. For each of them they charged me £20 and then on top of that charged me £25 for 'arrangement fees'.
I dont have a problem with paying a charge cause I admit i was in the wrong. But to charge you £85 when I was overdrawn for 3 days is a bit steep.
