...identify your market/s that would want to advertise in your rag - one's that have a connection, or use for, lazy student types - don't get in touch with any old company as you'll be wasting your time...get the relevant names, emails and details together...write a script to loosely stick to and then start phoning...you'll need about 100 companies minimum…

Or you could just ask your mum and dad for the missing carpet you need…
