Im not entirely sure why this turned into a conversation about Roeder

he did a great job, and IMO before he started changing stuff he had a good thing going on. Hopefully he has learned from that and will take it onto next season.

My gripe is at Boardroom level and their ambitions for the club and there willingness to backup their supposed ambition. I don't see this being the case.
