ummm........

on/off button is to keep finger on the play button, so no problem, why have extra button on it?

can select music by track, album, artist - all alphabetically!

ok, stuck with itunes, but really quick and easy to delete from play list and sync.........

still best ont he market, but especially love my now "retro 3G" version from 4 years agom (before most peeps new what an ipod was!)

even changed the battery myself, cost £18 and now get 10 hrs playtime!
