it is not easy to use

For example, on my ipod are various podcasts from ages ago. I plug in my ipod and NOWHERE on my itunes do these podcasts appear. I cannot delete them unless I set my ipod to delete ALL my podcasts (which i don't want to do) Therefore I have to keep them on the ipod against my will.
